I had a 9:15 appointment. The MA saw me and told me the doctor would be in to see me in 15 minutes at this time it was 9:30. At 10:09am learnt the doctor didn’t even arrive as yet.. this place is unprofessional. I will never go back.
I was genuinely looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Ukakwe at The Dermatology Specialists because it’s difficult to find a dermatologist on Long Island with experience treating melanin-rich skin. Unfortunately, my experience ended before I ever had the opportunity to meet her.
