Very organized and clean office. I was seen by The PA Crystal Fermano, and it was the most refreshing doctor’s visit I’ve experienced. 0 anxiety and all my questions were answered. She was very reassuring and helpful. 10/10 experience
About two months ago, I took my daughter and son for a medical appointment. I made a payment before the visit and was clearly told that there would be no additional charges and that my insurance would cover the remaining balance. However, two months later, I received a bill at home. When I contacted the office, they simply redirected me to the insurance company and did not provide any real assistance.
