It was my husbands and myself first time out to dinner since the pandemic. I ordered prime rid medium plus and got rare first disappointment. The green beans were soggy second disappointment. What I truly couldn’t take was a cold cup of espresso third disappointment. Ha to send it back, what I got in return was a regular coffee no cream or sugar. Very disappointed in our dinner

Togo: Derby Delight was raw/rare. I asked for Medium. The chef threw it on the grill for 1 minute, flipped for 1 minute. He knew it was a togo order, so he knew he would get away with disrespecting a paying customer. $32.00. No way would that dish be served if dining in the restaurant. Do not order this togo. No supervisor in kitchen obviously. So disappointed. We will spend more time at Outback.
