Sad to say goodbye to place. We’ve been with Legend Property for 3 years and The Depot was by far the best place we lived at. The amenities met our needs and the apartment gave us the comfort and home we were looking for. We have a pit bull and they were immediately accepting of our dog! They gave him so much love and it showed how much they care about us as their tenants. We were so lucky to have Tamia as our property manager. Tamia is literally the best. She took care of me and my situation with care and urgency, and I graciously appreciate her services. My apartment is great, the amenities are awesome, the privacy is second to none. Great place for a great price! The property manager (Tamia) was very courteous and helpful as well. There were no noisy or bothersome neighbors. I suppose the only two caveats I had with the place was the limited number of parking spots in the free lot and the train tracks next to the building. It's in a good location -- plenty of small businesses and restaurants around, and there's a park that's walking distance. All in all I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely rent from there again. -JS
