The team, product, and service were great. Product was installed properly, I was walked through the operation, initial issue was identified by the team and addressed. The awning looks great.

I just had the best experience with these guys today. I bought my shades about four years ago and today they weren’t working with the remote. I was in a bit of a panic because I’m selling my house and the photographer is coming tomorrow. These guys responded very quickly and searched for new equipment and offered to come out to reprogram the system.
