Let me preface this by saying that like many, I truly get the sweats when I have to get any work done at the dentist aside from a cleaning. I loved my previous dentist but unfortunately, they were no longer in my network so I had to switch. I had cracked one of my back teeth and had to make an immediate appointment and didn’t really have the option of doing research. This is the second time I tried to get my Granddaughters insurance verified before coming in for an appointment since I did not want a thousand dollar bill with them saying they did not take her insurance. They told me I had to make an appointment first then they would verify her insurance. She had called them last week and the girl then tried to verify her insurance on an automated line.
