As always my experience was great. There is an obvious move towards concern about safety in light of the corona virus. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and personally appreciate all that has been done to make the process in compliance with the new anti virus protecall.

On Friday, during dinner, my upper denture broke into two pieces. (again) Although it was after normal hours, I called Doctor Mike and he immediately responded with a game plan for Monday. Then on Sunday, he called me with ideas for the most expeditious and least expensive way to resolve the situation. By 11 am Monday, I was happily having breakfast using a completely repaired set of dentures.

This group is so good. If you tell them you have pain or even a little discomfort they do everything they can to get you in asap. They are great with communication, both about your dental health and also from their office manager regarding billing matters and estimates and also with scheduling. I appreciate it that they are tech savvy and you get email notices and reminders and they are top of the latest important developments in dentistry.
