Their billing department is the WORST!!! You are told you paid, then 6 months - 4 years later are still being billed!!! I have not been there in 4 years, haven’t received a bill in FOUR YEARS and just got a BLANK BILL did 74.00 saying it’s pat due??? Excellent staff, I had a dental emergency and they did all they could to fit me in! I've been a patient for years, wonderful place!
My husband received a bill for over $100 with no explanation for what it was for in March, the last time he was seen at The Dentistry was August 2019. He has since called The Dentistry multiple times and left messages requesting a call back regarding what this bill is for. We have received no phone calls back but today we receive a bill threatening to send us to collections if we don’t pay immediately.
