I am extremely disappointed with the way my son’s appointments have been handled. His consultation/exams were rescheduled twice without any reasonable explanation. Today, after going all the way there, they only performed the exams and then informed us that the cleaning appointment would now only be available in December. The explanation given — that the receptionist was changed — is completely unacceptable. We were also told that messages had been sent, but we never received any communication at all. I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided. I personally called in advance to schedule my son for a check-up, X-rays, and a cleaning. After his appointments were cancelled twice without explanation, they finally kept the third appointment this morning — only to tell us that the cleaning had never been scheduled. As a result, all they did was the check-up and X-rays. They then blamed us for the issue, even though I specifically called ahead to make sure the cleaning was included.
