I've been to many dentists over the years, and this practice is by far the best. They've been my dentist for the last four years and honestly, no complaints All praise! If I'm being nitpicky, appointments can book up, but they always manage to fit you in within the week at either location. Thats why I've been seen by both Dr. Helen and Dr. Alysia, and I'd recommend either without hesitation. Dr. Helen has a calm, no-fuss approach, while Dr. Alysia brings passionate, energetic care. you really can't go wrong with either one.
Love the dentists here!! I'm extremely scared of going to the dentist, and I haven't found one I've wanted to stick with in a long time because of heavy hands or terrible service. But I'd say I finally found my place! They play movies during your appointment and even ask if you have a preference. And the cherry on top? They have a therapy dog named Chip! 🥹🤎
We couldn't recommend Dr. Mascolo more highly! She is warm, funny, kind, and has managed to make going to the dentist something our kids genuinely look forward to. In fact, when my daughter had to go in for a procedure, my son said, "That's not fair—you get to go to the dentist and I don't!" I think that says it all. Do not go to Dr. Josh Berd. I went in for an implant, but he pressured me into unnecessary work, replacing a perfectly fine, painless filling with a crown. The tooth started hurting as soon as the anesthesia wore off, and the pain didn't stop. I had to get an emergency root canal the next day with another dentist who was surprised he even touched that tooth in the first place. Berd is either incredibly incompetent or just a shady dentist pushing unnecessary treatments. This man is just prioritizing profits over patient care.
Went for a cavity removal. Doctor Bird injected the numbing liquid with a huge syringe directly into the gums without numbing the area initially with a cream. This caused the most amount of pain I have ever experienced in life. Infact my body was shivering with pain. He was also being rude to his assistants. Just a lack of empathy overall to the patient and the staff. However, went again for gum cleaning. This time a nurse incharge of the treatment.
