Dr Berd and the team at The Dentist Group are fantastic! I just finished a long process of aligners to correct my bite followed by a tooth implant, and my smile has never looked better. I could not recommend The Dentist Group more highly.
2 Stars (would be 5 without the cancellation fee policy) The service itself has been great, but I was disappointed by the cancellation fee policy. I booked a Tuesday cleaning and emailed on Monday as soon as I realized I had a scheduling conflict. They explained there is a $95 fee for cancellations within 48 hours, and a $325–$588 fee if canceled within 2 hours of the appointment. I understood the policy and tried to rearrange my schedule. Had a great experience! Kind and knowledgeable staff.
Always a wonderful, fast, and dependable experience at either office. Staff and doctors are extremely kind and their automated systems are robust so scheduling and not forgetting appointments is easy.
5 - always the best! Thank you for taking me in so quickly - I was really worried about my tooth, but Dr.Berd has done an excellent job. I feel so blessed to find such a great care team and professionals who I can trust!
