Park Dental referred us to this office for wisdom teeth removal for my child. After the consultation, we called back a couple of times to talk with Dr. Vallejo in regards of the procedure. The front desk told us that he would return our calls. He NEVER did. After the lack of response, I called to request a copy of my child's record and reminded them that the dentist never called us back, they acted with no care. Changed their policy for patients from the VA to cover Veteran's dental needs. Some patients were in the middle of a treatment course and could not even finish their series of visits or follow ups. Poor treatment of those who served our county.
They are really nice people there but my root canal have lot of sensitive now I got black points ⚫️ I don't know what was that. DR SINGH did my root canal and it's killing me the pain 😢
Don’t know why this place has bad reviews, staff were really nice and professional from the front desk to the dentist. I was in and out super quick. Also was given very informative information about the procedure and what to expect after. No issues with billing either. Everything was transparent up front . Would come here again.
Had a root canal done by Dr Singh a year later or so still a lot of sensitivity. Dr told me to come back in another 6 months or so can take 2 to 3 years to heal I asked for X-rays and notes from the last visit four times and still have not received them this post comes with sadness because I like the doctor it was just to follow through that was terrible
