Unkind phone staff, canceled appointment with with more than 48hrs notice. When appointments are booked over a month in advance. We as parents Can't control if child is sick. Guess they'd rather appointments are completed regardless of illness exposure to staff and other patients
My daughter previously seen Dr. Roach at the Eagan location. Now I need a root canal and intended to see the same specialist. However, the experience from the Rosemount staff compared to the Eagan staff are like night and day. The representative was so rude and condescending that I felt the need to hang up on her, I no longer wish to see Dr Roach due to the new location and receptionist that answers the phone. Kathleen Thieu is absolutely amazing. I’ve had a few gum grafts over the years and was taken care of so well. Most recently in November. The staff is very polite and thorough. During the procedure the assistant and Kathleen were consistently touching base to make sure I was doing okay and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I was confident in the care I received and my grafts turned out absolutely wonderful!!
Thanks for taking care of me. Was not looking forward to a root canal but they made the experience as good as one could ask for. Also, Cody was a real help. Highly recommend.
