Went to the pediatric TDS and was blown away by the disrespect. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER return to this establishment. Such a shame because Dr. Xu is a wonderful doctor unfortunately he isn’t surrounded by the same cloth. The Bigger woman at the front desk, (not the red head one) ruined our experience and lost Dr Xu a client. Again, we will never return to this establishment. Thank you for your service Dr. Xu.

Unkind phone staff, canceled appointment with with more than 48hrs notice. When appointments are booked over a month in advance. We as parents Can't control if child is sick. Guess they'd rather appointments are completed regardless of illness exposure to staff and other patients
My daughter previously seen Dr. Roach at the Eagan location. Now I need a root canal and intended to see the same specialist. However, the experience from the Rosemount staff compared to the Eagan staff are like night and day. The representative was so rude and condescending that I felt the need to hang up on her, I no longer wish to see Dr Roach due to the new location and receptionist that answers the phone.
