The scheduling staff is consistently unpleasant and, at times, outright rude, which makes coordinating care far more challenging than it should be. I sincerely hope to see improvements in professionalism and communication moving forward.
Dr Thieu might be okay but I’ll never know because her support crew is grossly incompetent. I was switching to Dental Specialist in Rosemount for insurance purposes. That was a nightmare after my referral Dentist. had to submit my file 3 times. Of course they were 6 months out. I finally was scheduled for a consultation on December 9. Went to the pediatric TDS and was blown away by the disrespect. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER return to this establishment. Such a shame because Dr. Xu is a wonderful doctor unfortunately he isn’t surrounded by the same cloth. The Bigger woman at the front desk, (not the red head one) ruined our experience and lost Dr Xu a client. Again, we will never return to this establishment. Thank you for your service Dr. Xu.

Unkind phone staff, canceled appointment with with more than 48hrs notice. When appointments are booked over a month in advance. We as parents Can't control if child is sick. Guess they'd rather appointments are completed regardless of illness exposure to staff and other patients
