I was a little nervous going in because I’d seen some negative reviews, but my experience was completely different! Cody, the receptionist, was amazing and so welcoming. Dr. Roach and her assistant were incredibly sweet and made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. The office was clean, professional, and everyone was friendly. I didn’t see any of the issues mentioned in other reviews—definitely a great experience. Highly recommend!❤️
I don’t usually do reviews but this one deserved one.. if I could give ten stars I would. From scheduling to check in.. Cody was outstanding! So sweet, kind, personable and reassuring. Definitely put my anxiety at ease. Jen and Brenda working with Dr. Roach were great as well.. I had no idea what to expect but had heard horrible things about RCT. DONT GOOGLE THESE THINGS.. lol.. My kids have seen Dr. Han for several years now and I highly recommend him! He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind and amazing with kids. He’s very skilled and has a knack for nervous kiddos. One of my kids was really scared by his last dentist at a diff clinic but has no worries anymore when I remind him we’re seeing Dr. Han :) We’ve gone to both the Burnsville/rosemount locations but prefer rosemount because there’s usually less traffic. They love having TVs above their chairs at both locations to distract them from noise, etc... read more
Dr Roach is AMAZING!! I had a very complicated positioned tooth that had two cavity fillings in a short amount of time and led to a root canal. I was in terrible pain and my dentist told me I didn’t need a root canal. I got a second opinion and sure enough I did. I have never had a root canal so I was terrified. Dr Roach and her staff made me feel comfortable and checked in to make sure I was doing alright, as well as answered all my questions. The scheduling staff is consistently unpleasant and, at times, outright rude, which makes coordinating care far more challenging than it should be. I sincerely hope to see improvements in professionalism and communication moving forward.
