Dr. Thieu was was wonderful extracting 2 teeth and deep cleaning half and in 2 weeks the other half Her Dental Assistant was also AMAZING. Both of them were consistent in asking if I was okay and kept me comfortable. Dr. Thieu also called and checked up on me later on that day. Definitely recommend.
I booked an emergency appointment for a loose crown on my dental implant. When I scheduled, I told them I have insurance and a dental discount plan. They confirmed they accepted my insurance. Two weeks after scheduling the appointment — and one week before the actual appointment — they suddenly cancelled, claiming they don’t accept my insurance. I was hesitant to bring my daughter here, as the reviews weren’t astounding. I had no issues with scheduling, confirmation of appointments, and even adjustments for rescheduling. Dr. Han and his entire crew have been phenomenal. They really get on my five year olds level and explain the tools they’re using, their function, and the services in which are needed. Good place
I was a little nervous going in because I’d seen some negative reviews, but my experience was completely different! Cody, the receptionist, was amazing and so welcoming. Dr. Roach and her assistant were incredibly sweet and made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. The office was clean, professional, and everyone was friendly. I didn’t see any of the issues mentioned in other reviews—definitely a great experience. Highly recommend!❤️
