As a new patient, I called their office to set up an Invisalign Consultation since my friend got his Invisalign done here years prior. Since most Invisalign consults are free and complimentary, I assumed it would be here as well. I was wrong! For my consult, they billed me $150 which I did not know upfront. If I had known, I would not have come here for a consult. $150 to not even get any work or cleaning is outrageous. I would rather pay their $50 cancellation fee instead. Get your consults done elsewhere!
I’ve been returning to Dr. Kaitlyn Neglerio for about 3 years now. Some people continue to go to dentists they may not like, but are used to the office or they haven’t shopped to see if their insurance works somewhere else. Everyone at The Dental Orchid makes going to the dentist a great experience. Starting with Joanna in the front office, to Cynthia, Dr. Kay, and Dr. Jenny, you are welcomed and taken care of so well. They are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend The Dental Orchid !!
Been coming here since mom ran the practice. Now the daughters run it and are just as sweet, patient, efficient, and caring. Joanna runs the office and is super cool too. I used to hate coming to the dentist but now I look forward to my visits.
