After years of being genuinely scared to go to the dentist because of some pretty terrible experiences, I am beyond grateful to have found Dr. Jen and this team. Past experiences with long waits, rough care, poor communication, and recommendations for thousands of dollars of dental work after rushed exams and minimal explanation made it really difficult for me to trust a dentist or feel comfortable going in. Dr. Kay and Jenny are some of the kindest people you’ll meet! They will take great care of you and your teeth!
As a new patient, I called their office to set up an Invisalign Consultation since my friend got his Invisalign done here years prior. Since most Invisalign consults are free and complimentary, I assumed it would be here as well. I was wrong! For my consult, they billed me $150 which I did not know upfront. If I had known, I would not have come here for a consult. $150 to not even get any work or cleaning is outrageous. I would rather pay their $50 cancellation fee instead. Get your consults done elsewhere!
I’ve been returning to Dr. Kaitlyn Neglerio for about 3 years now. Some people continue to go to dentists they may not like, but are used to the office or they haven’t shopped to see if their insurance works somewhere else.
