Dear Owner, it was not about a recommendation nor about my insurance. My insurance is through Delta Dental. I’ve been coming to your establishment for years..Your staff was very rude and condescending over the phone to me. Not sure what notes she wrote but I’m sure it painted her in a good light but she was very nasty. How about calling your patients for more details.
