Dr Hampe and his staff really make an effort to make a nightmare like a dental emergency into an enjoyable experience. Not only did Deena at the front desk go above and beyond explaining my insurance and coverage, but they break it down for you before procedures even begin. Angel was very supportive and Dr Hampe really puts you at ease - I was given estimated pricing after calling late last night (they also take calls 24/7) and decided to wait until the morning for the extraction. I'm terrified of going to the denist. Had a horrible toothache for 3 days and went there as an emergency. They were so kind and nice and patient with me. They let my boyfriend Drew stay with me the whole time in the room. What a great experience. I'll be going back for regular dental care and won't be so scared.
Best dentist ever!! Dr Hampe is A+. The staff was A+ as well. Completely pain free extraction!! Love these guys!!
Great experience. My husband was having a lot of pain and we weren't able to get into our local general dentist. I called The Dental Emergency room and got an appointment right away. They had our insurance processed by the time of our appointment and were able to treat my husband quickly. We had our two young kids in tow and the receptionist was great with them.
