Broke a tooth, called and was scheduled the same day. Dr looked and said it needed to be removed. I was expecting another visit to be taken care of, no Dr said I can pop it now, your decision? Unbelievable service, no fuss, no muss, no pain. Received a follow up call the next morning to check on how I was doing, unheard of these days. Highly recommended!
Stacy is absolutely amazing! She is very kind, and she took the time to throughly clean my teeth. She also explained exactly what she’s doing throughout each process. I really appreciate her detailed and attentive way of cleaning. She truly goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Thanks!
Dr. Gillespie is wonderful, but his office staff needs work. Will quote you one price, claim the “insurance price went up” and then have you pay almost double the price. It’s truly sad because we love the dentist and hygienists, but they won’t even tell you the price difference prior to the procedure “because they don’t know until they code it”, but they definitely know it when you go to the counter to pay. It’s like a bait and switch.
My whole family sees Travis Gillespie, DDS, the office is always warm and welcoming. From the front desk, to assistants, hygienists, and both doctors, we have always had excellent care. In cases of urgent matters, their team has always made time to squeeze us in a provide exceptional care. Highly recommend!
