I've had a lot of dental work done over a period of 70 years. Dr. Vania is the best in my opinion.
I am very disappointed and have definately been taken advantage of. I went in for a new patient exam and cleaning. They took a ridiculous amount of different types of x-rays with no reason as to why or a "hey your insurance will only cover 20% do you want to proceed" at the end of the exam I was told I have 6 cavities, although I have never had a single cavity in my whole life! After putting off going to the dentist for way too long, I am happy to say that my new favorite dentist is Dr. Vania. He and his staff are top notch, took time to explain every step of my treatments, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and fixed a crown I had done elsewhere that didn't want to stay in place. Dr. Vania and his staff care about their patients and have gained a customer for life.
Absolutely APPALED by what I had happen. Long story short I had not had dental work done in a while and had just gotten insurance so I went in to get a filling that said was going to be covered under my insurance. After they did the fillings and charge me they than decided to tell me that there was a holding period for 6 months and now I have to pay full price. I’m just confused on how you can misguide your customers and than not make anything right after. Very frustrating and I would not recommend going.
I had to have a tooth pulled and it was quite a problem. The staff was patient excellent and got it out. I was amazed at how kind they were.
