I went to Dental Care Group of Pembroke today for a simple cleaning, and I left feeling very upset with the experience. They applied fluoride without my consent, and when I went to check out, I was told I had to pay $150 plus a $50 copay. I contacted my insurance, and they informed me that I should not have a copay for a routine cleaning because it is fully covered. I have been a patient here for several years and the care I have received has always been outstanding. Dr.K and Claudia are not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also some of the kindest people you could hope to have taking care of your dental health. They always make me feel comfortable and take the time to make sure I understand everything. It is clear that they truly care about their patients and about doing their work with excellence. I highly recommend!
I’ve been waiting on a response almost 2-3 months now on getting my services cancelled and no particular updates have been made. They have me waiting for a claim from made to my insurance company which was denied because of lack of information as well on their part, and paying the loan for services; not canceling, making me stuck with payments and no follow up.
