I have been going for 5 years now and they are always great ! I moved from Florida 3 years ago to New York and still fly to Miami for my check ups and cleaning !
I had an extraction with Dr Winer, he is absolutely amazing....his injection was pain free. Christina was very comforting and even called me to see how I was doing days after. Great experience, I'd give 10 stars if it were possible.
Best dentist that I have ever had, never have any pain and everyone is very helpful. Dr Coussa always explains everything what he is going to be doing and makes sure that you are comfortable during the process. His assistant Jessica is always just as nice and always willing to assist. I also think that i would of missed a few appointments if it wasn't for Anel giving me my reminder phone calls the day before the appointment.

the dental care group was fantastic. i never had too wait long in the lobby, very clean office, beyond outstanding staff! i will stay a patient here till i retire.
Today i had appointment with Dr. Shaumberg for my son Brandon. Time wait was less than 15 mins. The staff was very courteous and help, Junior was assisting the Dr. he was very nice and explains everything to me before i leave. I wound recommend The Dental Care Group.
The customer service today at the Dental Care Group was exceptional. The front desk associate Anel lopez was very courteous and helpful. My doctor is Dr.Hong and her assistant Sharon are very good at what they do. I also had the privilege of meeting Marlene and Jessica who were very kind and helpful throughout my procedure here at the Dental Care Group.
i would like to first state, that Dr. Mars receptionist when i made my initial call to the office, was very courteous and worked hard to fit me into the schedule immediately, i was a new patient to the office and by her doing this for me, i felt confident in choosing Dental Care group as the right place for me to move forward with my dental care. This was the most enjoyable expirience that I have had in a very long time in a dental office. The staff and the dentist were all loving and extremely caring. would recommend The Dental Care Group to everyone I know. Bonnie is the greatest Hygenist in her field, her caring and love for her field is exceptional. i LOVE THIS GROUP OF GREAT PEOPLE.!
