I appreciate their patience with their patients. I was always late but they are always so nice. Bonnie is very careful and thorough. The best teeth cleanings! Thank you to the reception staff Helen, Anel and last but not least, Marlene. Awsome hospitality.
As good as it gets
After reading a couple of reviews I am confused because my experience hasn't been that great at all. I'd honestly say that nobody goes beyond of what they have to do. Some of the receptionist are nice some other are not, they call you thousand times to confirm an app which gets a bit annoying, including texts on your phone, and sometimes the app is not even right !! Wonderful always and a happy experience
Dental Care Group is awesome! Dr Dale, pediatric dentist is patient, and knows how to engage children. When i bring my daughter, he is polite, funny, and patient, making it a good experience for my daughter. He provides me with all the information I need to facilitate my child's dental health. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our girls saw Dr Dale, who was very patient as well as knowledgeable. He to the time to explain certain concerns and made practical recommendations. My wife and I saw Dr Mauskar, Claudia and Carol. All were very thorough. Patient comfort was a big deal for the entire staff. Overall an exceptional experience. (Oh, our appointment confirmation was in the e-mail inbox before we left the office). Love it!
This is the place for the best dental care. The warm welcoming staff, Dr. Dale who is phenomenal with the kids and Dr. Mauskar who did an amazing new patient consult. Lets not forget Ms. Claudia, the Hygienist, her knowledge regarding gum diseases and proper oral care was a bonus. Overall, you just have to come in to experience the treatment for yourself! I would recommend this dental office without any reservations.
Great customer experience. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Dr. Mars is a very funny character that makes you feel at ease. I would recommend it in a heart beat!
