Always a great experience. Cheryl, the doctors and staff are are always friendly, and have been doing a great job for all the years that I've been coming here.
What an incredible experience.. The office staff is focused on service. Anel is always so helpful and her cheerfulness helps make things better even when you are facing potential fillings. Helen is great getting signed in and they are very proactive with confirmations. The dental professionals are AMAZING! Dr. Mars and Dr. Glicksman are experts in their field and Bonnie is a master hygienist.
My consultation visit was fantastic! The staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Mars were incredibly kind and helpful. My treatment plan was explained to me every step of the way from my x-rays to even the equipment! All my questions were answered kindly and patiently. I am so glad I found a new dentist with such a caring and compassionate office!
I had an outstanding experience at The Dental Care Group. Everyone knows my name as soon as I enter the door. Jessica, Anel & Helen are warm, friendly and professional. But most of all, the greatest attidude of the team , so pleasant. I've been coming to see Dr. Mars since 2004 and will not go to other dentist. when I visit the office
A pleasant pain free experience with Dr. Mars (fillings) he also is very friendly and has an excellent bedside manner. My blood pressure was a little high and he was concerned enough to suggest scheduling a doctors appointment. I came again for my second visit he had it checked again just to make sure. The office staff was very friendly which is something I find lacking in most doctors offices. All around a wonderful experience for a sometimes stressful and anxious time.
I had a great experience here. I have had several procedures done with different dentists here and each time they made me feel very comfortable. I usually am extremely scared going to dentists and they were all so nice and truly cared about how I felt. I will not be going to any other dentist ever again.
My experience at the the dental care group has been totally awesome. I have felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in . I was always welcomed with a smile from all the staff , they have always showed me love and always had the patience to answer all my questions & concerns . dr. mars, bonnie, anel, sherryl was awesome they take time for their patients.
Came in as an emergency and was greeted by a very friendly face Helen, she was extremely courteous. As I was seen by Dr. Gilson he made me feel comfortable in making life changing decisions and very informative about my treatment options. I was very pleased with my overall experience.
