Well, I would say it is his own business and can make a decision that it was not worth his time. Look at his reponse to the last review. Basically showed up realized it was not a project for him and moved on. Do not want anyone working on my vehicle that was not passionate or patient. Worked out for both of us

Awful experience called the guy he was unprofessional and got smart with me. Wanted me to do my own estimate which I tried but if I know how to do my own work I wouldn't have called him.I would never call for service again.
