These condominiums have no sound proofing. It is the first place I have ever lived where you can hear the neighbors visitors upstairs using the bathroom and idling from a truck in the parking lot seems amplified and makes windows vibrate, you can hear conversations from outside perfectly, etc. Heavy walking upstairs can shake the entire building.
