The Dellatore agency was fabulous. They have a team of people not just the realtor. A person is at EVERY showing from Dellatore to answer any questions and sort out ant potential buyer confusion. Their assistant Jamie had great communication with us and took care of any issues. In a tough market I know we would have not sold this property without them. I was pleased with the entire process of listing and selling my home. The Dellatore group is very professional and has people who help out their clients. They have a deep knowledge of the area, especially Bonita Bay and bring in clients who are definitely interested in buying. They are an excellent group to work with.

I can't say enough good things about Scott, Angela, Jamie and all the rest of the crew at Delatore Realty, that finally placed a sold sign in front of my property. In my opinion, they worked hard to promote my property with open houses and a tremendous internet presence. It was not easy. Jeff was a terrific partner in our transaction. We were only in Florida for a month, and initially were looking at real estate just to get informed about the market.
