Plenty of roaches when I worked there...homophobic chef...hates preparing chicken for black functions and jokes that thats all they eat...they sell alcohol without a license...and forces you to split tips with non-bartenders...shitty establishment overall be very careful

I booked the venue for an alcohol tasting event. They moved exceptionally fast to get the event produced in a timely manner. The service was acceptable. Parking is sufficient. The interior space seems somewhat hollow and disjointed. The level of venue intimacy is limited. Due to responsive staffing I would consider booking them again, if I deem an event is more conducive to the nuances of the facility.
I had a milestone birthday recently at the Defoor Centre. I loved the space, the staff are very pleasant, the food is delicious and they handled all of my requests. I have recommended to others. I'm an Event Planner also so I will definitely suggest for future clients.
