Lanée and Mike provide the best customer service and great products really love the way they treat there customers..Love this store!!! I have gone to the deep since I started my first saltwater reef tank. Mike & his wife have been very helpful through all of it. They always answered any questions even the stupid ones. I can count on them to give me all the information and help I need! ☆☆☆☆☆

I entered the saltwater hobby about a year ago. I have been to all the stores around Redding and The Deep is in a class of its own. Mike is really well informed and will go out of his way to help you and more importantly your tank. If your a reef junkie or looking to get into the hobby, this is the place you need to go.
My girlfriend and I started a 135gal. Saltwater tank and Mike has walked us through every stage of the process. Very knowledgeable and helpfull. Make has never tried to sell me something I didn't need, And always makes sure I get what I need. The deep is the best local shop by far. I recommend it to everyone who is in the hobby.
