RecommendedA great resource for special orders and knowledge. As far as the actual fish, The Deep beats chain stores for quality, variety, and price. I drive 80 miles to visit this shop and it is 100% worth it.
This is my favorite Local Fish Store! All the fish I buy from them thrive long term and they have a nice variety in stock. They will also custom order fish for their customers.
They have a variety of aquatic plants to choose from with good prices and good prices on fish too, lots to choose from. I could spend the whole day in there and not get board. Very excellent service and knows a lot about plants and fish and there needs. I would recommend this store for all your plants and fish needs.

Excellence & Intelligence. Two words I would use to describe not only the store, but the owners as well. It is a family owned business, and it shows. From their knowledge, willingness to help, and down to earth attitude. I didn't feel rushed, and felt like my issues were being addressed with care and concern. It made a great impression, especially for someone who is new to the hobby, and doesn't know where to start. This was my first visit, and definitely won't be my last.
I wish we had a place like this in Eugene, Oregon. Incredible selection and prices. Mike is a real down to earth guy. I'm glad I found this place. Now I need to figure out how to get the corals home. This place is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. If we have a question, they always have an answer. Good selection of fish. Definitely recommended!
