Delicious food and fantastic service! After walking the pier, we accidentally showed up 15 minutes before they closed :( We apologized and were going to come back another time... but they asked us to stay and made us feel welcome :)
Spontaneous choice for family dinner turned out to be full of decadent surprises... Live music (sweet harmony singers, cello improvisations and Bach Suites), Lake Michigan, warm sun, Chardonnay, and the best Southwest Chopped Salad in town (cilantro lime dressing, black beans, corn, & avocado, of course, but also cabbage and egg? For a super busy Friday night the service was ok. The food is the real star though! For the table we sampled the chopped brisket, pulled pork and homemade boneless wings. All were fantastic!!! We will definitely recommend to friends and return.
We were in town for two nights and came out to spend some time at the beach with our kids and with another couple and their kids. We ended up at The Deck and it was fabulous!! Margaritas were SO good and our meals were great! I'm looking forward to planning another trip with just the girls for a fun weekend away, including another visit to The Deck! Thanks for the wonderful experience!
Did not enjoy a burros served in tin fold on a tray. I had to pick out tin fold ever other bite. I do not plan to go back!
