Been here over two years, and have lived in dozens of rentals across north Seattle. I can confidently say that this place is properly managed. The company (DD Culp) owns and manages this property, responds promptly to service requests, maintains the building, and takes security and community issues seriously. I did not lease here. This review is for the leasing agent. I tried to set up a tour while I was in town, though I was interested in a move-in for a later date. I wanted to get an idea of what the availability would be for my move in date. I told her I understood this would depend on whether tenants would be renewing their leases but wanted to know if there even were other units that have their current lease term end around the time I was interested in moving in. Extremely rude building manager, especially if you are visiting. No professionalism when dealing with guests, only confrontation and assuming the very worst in people.
