Welcoming, efficient and informative. I'm grateful for the experience.
Picking up a death certificate. All Staff members were efficient and friendly! However, it’s not inexpensive. For a death, you need 10-15 certified copies and they charge $18 per copy! I can understand the first copy being $18 but not each subsequent copy.
Good customer service, I wasn’t in there more than 15 minutes.
Admittedly, this was a dramatic improvement over when they were located at Union Station. Still especially if you're coming from out of town ( as I was ), the central location of the old office couldn't be beat. However, the Anacostia location does seem to manage customer traffic more efficiently. My wait time was average. Altogether, I couldn't have been in there more than twenty minutes
They were helpful and the service was fast
