Please don't use vital check website . My mail never arrived after 52 days . If you need your birthday certificate just go in person it will take 10 minutes. There is no tracking information.
Seamless process. In and out in 45 minutes for a first time birth certificate. Staff were also kind and friendly. Thank you!
Nice And fresh new facility. Very organized. I was in and out no problems.
I would have gave them 0 if it was an option. Never answer their phone, keeping me on hold twice for more than 1 hour and still 3 months after ordered, still waiting for a birth certificate! This is the most ridiculous and corrupt place in DC!
