The staff we worked with was very friendly. However, communication and scheduling was poor. The gentleman we worked with primarily was super during direct communication, but he didn't remember what we'd agreed upon and required repeated reminders even for simple things like removing big obvious weeds. Both my husband and I repeatedly reminded several staff members about aspects of the job until we finally did it ourselves. Some of the work was done to satisfaction, but other aspects were terrible. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned up the excess wood chips from the stump after leveling the area where the stump was located.
