I was extremely impressed with Brandon, the arborist. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, willing to take time to answer ALL my questions about various concerns I had. He made sure to keep me posted as to when the work would be done. He is a Rockstar! I eas not home when the tree work was . done but was satisfied with what was done.
At 3:30 am on the morning of July 7th, a 50' white oak tree in my back yard gave in to "old age" and fell onto my roof. I called Davey Tree at 6 am expecting to get voice mail; instead, it was answered by someone in the office, who advised me she would have the arborist scheduler contact me as soon as he arrived. 7:15 am I received the call; 7:30 he was at my home. We specifically discussed trimming back the maple tree branches over the roof. We have a Norwood and a Silver Maple. The quote listed trimming back maple branch’s over the roof on Norwood. I assumed that included both maple tree’s. They only trimmed the Norwood. How stupid would it be to get the tree’s trimmed and not trim the branches on Silver Maple that are touching roof. The Davey team did a great job taking down our dead oak. I had some questions about the process and what unintended effects might occur so your team contacted our arborist by phone. I was reassured that the plan was right. We were pleased with the trimming of the yews and removal of another small dead tree. I was also pleased to see the safety equipment that the team used. Davey delivered a very professional experience.
