You know, this is dreadful to hear about how run down And dilapidated this building has become. The Darlington use to be a very clean, habitable building. I remember when the rent for a studio was between $430-600 utilities included and, was still well kept. They actually had a concierge person and somewhat catered to the mature crowd. For some reason i have been attempting to call them for 3 years to apply after every apartment i mive from they hop in my mund but i xan never get any one on the phone i went there one time and no one was around so i assuming they dont like getting apartments leased
Not bad for price and location
Just DONT DO IT. IF YOUR HOMELESS. MAYBE BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT
