If there was a zero rating , that’s what I would have given this hotels service, The place is close to everything, we booked 3 nights, on this hotel, the bathroom were not cleaned in those days, the dirty towels remained on the bathroom floor in those days. We enquired on the 3rd night and the lady at the front desk on Sunday 3/8/2026, said cleaning the rooms is complimentary. We told her there is a note in the bathroom that says the towels should be changed daily We asked for clean towels, they handed them to us at the fron... read more
Clean boutique hotel experience. Loved the magnifying mirror and wide counters in the bathroom. Good water pressure. Convenient location near Congress. Reasonable parking rates and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
