The hotel itself was great, but the service fell short. It took about 40 minutes for a drink to be delivered to our room. I also called ahead to arrange and pay for something special for a birthday, with the charge placed on the card on file. I was assured it would be handled, but unfortunately it never was.
Beautifully done. Very upscale. Good food, great location.
Just stayed at The Darcy for 4 nights visiting my son in the city. Trying to arrange this trip and I was skeptical with the pricing but I have to say what a treat it was the minute I stepped inside The Darcy, Warm reception from Kayla and the whole Darcy Staff made me feel comfortable. No nickel and diming me during my stay. Great experience staying at The Darcy. One of the best services I’ve ever seen. Lovely atmosphere, very convenient location . Room was very clean and staff were excellent! Super LGBT friendly which made me feel safe and welcomed. Highly recommend!!!
