Bad ethics and broke the law Alan Daniels was the buyers agent. They failed to disclose major encroachment issues with a land survey until after the closing. This is illegal. The buyer then tried to use that information to force me into signing an electrical easement. I reached out to Alan but he refused to speak with me.
The Daniels Team has been great with getting us information on selling our home in Fountain. The was our first home built many years ago so we appreciated the time taken by them to come and look at the house and make suggestions. We sold the home during the time of high inflation and rates, with their help we were able to sell the home.
