I took a Chair Tease class with a friend for her birthday. The routine was easy and I felt comfortable learning it in the studio. Glenetta was very encouraging and she showed us modifications for the parts of the routine that I couldn't execute because of my bad knees, lol. I highly recommend this for women that need to feel confident and sexy for themselves!
This place is so much fun!! I recommend this place to anyone looking to have some fun and get a workout!
Had a private party this past Friday. Dee (the instructor) was great. We had a great time and will definitely return.

Tonight was my first time attending the classes. And I had soooo much fun!! The music, the energetic Instructor , the welcoming environment and the workout were all on point!! I will definetly be back and I'm bringing friends with me!!
