Dan's team does a very poor job. Specifically, I reach out to Dan, and he did not even bother answering me. He forwarded my request to Matt on his team and this guy Matt is very arrogant and disrespectful. He encouraged or advise me to buy a house without doing a home inspection knowing that I will have trouble with the bank. Matt Rota is very arrogant and has little to no knowledge. I will strongly encourage to stay away from Dan's team

The team is great! They do a great job of making the entire process of buying and selling a house as stress free as possible. They are honest and very responsive when you ask questions too! Great for first time home buyers and sellers.
Very available and helpful. Dan spent so much time with us, looking at homes as well as walking through the buying process with us. And the Uhaul was an awesome bonus. One less hassle to deal with when moving.
