The Damron group relisted a property I was buying while I was still under contract. I didn’t terminate: the sellers did because they had a better back-up offer but they wanted all our earnest money too.. I wasn’t ready to sign a declaration of termination yet when the sellers made it clear I’d not be getting my earnest money back if I backed out, even though they had secured a back-up offer in hand (unbeknownst to me at the time). The historic church we were interested in was deteriorating. It sold in 2018 by the Damron Group, and then was back on the market by the new owners only a year later also listed by the Damron Group (it was for sale again August 2019). Jennifer Rogers assisted us with buying our D.R. Horton Emerald Home and selling our home in Summer Mountain Ranch. She listed our home and held an open house a week later and had about 15 people visit. She was always there for us to answer questions and assist in every way she could. She had our home staged and hired a photographer to take really nice photos which I think helped get people to take a second look. I would definitely recommend her if you are ready to list your home for sale.
