No stars is proper. Firemen wrongfully decided to chop my door down and then agreed to pay for damage. Damax was there and did a terrible job. To this day, door does not close or open properly. Appeals to the company are useless. I definitely would not recommend / you will get screwed
I will recommend this company to everyone I know. The service was superb! From beginning to end everything was fantastic. Everyone was very efficient in their positions. Thank you!
Because I can't give them a no stars............. They lied to suit themselves!!! Only used this company because they were highly rated by our insurance company but they lied to us and they lied to our insurance company. They told us that they would be getting back in touch and that they had to stop working before the job was complete!!!! Terrible customer service, was yelled at and called a liar when I tried to find out why they hadn't completed the job. Will tell everyone to stay away
