The lady who answers the phone is awful!!! When I called to ask e question about a title she refused to help or provide any helpful information, she hung up on m twice, refuses to provide documents to sellers when they pay for the car in full with cash, she still refuses to release title.
They are friendly and have many decent vehicles to choose from. It's not a "buy here pay here" as advertised. I would recommend having as much cash down as possible because their financing will gouge deep at 29% apr. The car I purchased for my business was blue booked much lower by my bank and I couldn't refinance, but the car has been really great for my business needs and they stay friendly after the sale.
