I would highly recommend the Dallas-Ficham team to anyone selling their home. We were selling my father’s home from out of state and assumed it would be a huge headache, but Rich Dallas handled everything for us so seamlessly. They did an incredible job marketing our home and at an asking price higher than we imagined. They really did their research to come up with the best listing possible We had multiple offers over asking and it was under contract in 2 days.
We just closed on our new house today in Washington Pa. Thanks to Rich Dallas and Sharon Fincham team we did it all from Tennessee. They were absolutely terrific and are true professionals in the real estate business. They work for Berkshire Hathaway and I strongly recommend them for anyone’s real estate needs.
