Avoid this sleep center. I have done two sleep studies here. The first (diagnostic) went well. The second (titration) was awful. I left with the most horrible sort throat of my life, and was unable to properly seat my mask unassisted. I asked the technician for assistance, and she (literally) patted me on the shoulder, said "Oh, no worry - you get used to!" and left. I talked with the office and asked for follow-on assistance. I did not want to purchase nearly $1000 in CPAP equipment if I could not successfully use it. I as... read more

Business response:

We are sorry to hear about your experience. But, we did provide high quality service when performing your sleep studies. We keep our facilities and our equipment clean and sterile. Your sore throat could have developed from a number of reasons, including flu, upper respiratory infection, or possibly dryness from insufficient humidification on your CPAP settings. We are happy to help you get these problems resolved. But we are not willing to provide "complimentary" services for an office visit and FREE equipment rentals. We a... read more

Some individuals working at this location are rude. Moreover, patients rights are ignored.

Business response:

We are sorry for your experience. Please call our manager so we can assist you. Thank you.

Terrible provider. Staff is rude, billing / collection practices do not follow insurance guidelines, actively overcollect for co-pays and deductibles, even when they are told they are not going to apply to the service planned, and then try to keep unearned overpayments with arduous, Dr controlled review processes for refunds. When they fire their patients, like they did me for calling out these abhorrent policies, they take it upon themselves to distribute records, PII, and HIPAA protected medical records to providers with w... read more

Business response:

There is one thing you are correct about, and that is that we "fired" you. That's because of exactly these type of baseless, negative, and offensive accusations you have made about our Doctor and our medical practice. We charged you only what your insurance quoted us, and when we later found out that you had a credit, we returned your refund in a prompt, efficient manner. So if anyone is rude or ignorant, it is clearly you.

They do not return phone calls. Their voicemail recording even says do not leave multiple messages. I have been a patient over a year now and need to change my mask. I have become a mouth breather at night and waking up with extremely dry mouth and chronic sore throat. I also have severe bloating from the cpap machine. I'm suffering and I can't even get these people to return my call. Horrible customer service.

Business response:

We haven't seen her in our offices in over a year. We have her scheduled for an appt in 3 weeks. She was offered to schedule an appt sooner, but she chose not to do so. We are readily available for office visits. It's very difficult to solve medical issues over the phone.
