Now that they are going out of business, I found that @acac on Timonium offers barre and spinning on a regular daily schedule.... and they have an AMAZING childcare center. It’s really nice inside!! Although the demographic is more 50+.
I love coming to TDM- the staff and teachers are always excited to see you! The workouts are challenging but so rewarding!

I have been attending cycling classes at The Dailey Method for almost two months now. From the moment I first walked in the door, I have felt welcomed and part of the community. Over the past two months I have seen both mental and physical changes. The classes are tough, but from the encouragement of the instructors, they are doable. Every class I feel challenged and stronger. I have nothing but positive things to say about the studio, staff, and instructors!
Friendly staff. Teachers are amazing. They work with you and empower you while you’re working out. I felt great afterwards! Not just a great workout but a great environment to have a productive workout.

I highly recommend. Everyone is so kind all the time. The teachers are great and focused on each student. I’ll come in after a terrible day at work and leave with a clear and relaxed mind.
Nice facility and great class. I lift weights and do yoga regularly, but this really targeted some muscles that I've clearly been neglecting. Wear socks for Barre and a shirt that covers your back to prevent irritation while doing floor work on the carpet. No matter how much you lift in the gym, start with the lightest weights because you're using them very differently.
Excellent class choices, super friendly staff and fellow excercisers! This place is a gem!
