Terrible experience. There is no hot water from any of the taps for last 3 days in spite of requesting a maintenance request with urgent priority. Had personally visited and called leasing office to get it addressed.
Terrible customer service! We moved out of Cypress recently and someone at the office messed up the moved out date and charged us for extra days when we have already moved out. We sent her the notice 45 days before our actual lease move out date even though the lease states that 30 day notice is required. But she messed up, she saw the mail 25 days before our move out and pretended that she was waiting on our confirmation. We signed the lease on December 2017 for move in February. When we were a few days before moving in, we got a call from the leasing office that our house was double booked. They accept that it was their mistake. We were offered a different house for a higher price, we had tried to follow up regarding the price but gave up. Terrible experience with their office staff!
Very old apartment, Quality is bad and rent is expensive. They over charge when you leave as a part of final settlement. they renovate from your money. Very arrogant, unfair and useless staff. Never had one instance where they were help full. Looks like they are told not to be helpful. Want to lose money and peace of mind, then go for these apartments.
