This studio is absolutely wonderful - the instructors, the atmosphere, the music. It’s very affordable and the team is so encouraging. Highly recommend!
Coco and Reno are the best. The classes are intentionally very well laid out so that you can grow while avoiding injury and each class is made unique with alternative motions and good playlists. If you are looking to burn some calories and make some friends this is the spot for you
Fun classes with wonderful people. I really appreciate the support I get as a beginner.
