this place used to be great. But the new parts guy likes to charge $145 for a new dirt bike tire. Guess they dont give racers discounts anymore, that's bad for business. I have always bought my tires from them, about 40 a season for three of my bikes, plus all my fluids. They just lost thousands a year from me. WE DEMAND ZACK AND FLASH COME BACK!!!!!
Great place to buy a bike of any type, or ATV. The employees are helpful, amicable, and don’t pressure you to buy. They don’t make commission, and the price is marked at their lowest selling point and clearly displayed. The reason for this is to take away the hassle and drama out of the experience. It makes browsing and buying that much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning for future automotive two-wheeled toys... and maybe one day a dune buggy or ATV.
We just purchased a sweet new used bike, staff excellent and very helpful! We would highly recommend the Cycle Exchange. We went to the Andover location.

Just bought a bike from here, was an amazing experience. The bike is everything I’d want for my First bike, 2006 Vulcan 900. The price I feel was cheap, yet there isn’t a scratch on the bike. As far as the store and employees, my experience was just as great. Super helpful, no pressure to do anything and the guy who showed me a few bikes I was trying to decide was helpful and knowledgeable.
