I drove over an hour to go see a bike they had in their inventory. Once I got there they told me the bike has already been sold even though I called ahead. The salesman I talked to showed me another "pristine" bike that had a dent in the tank and a scrape on the swing arm (signs of being dropped). I can now see that bike online and there seems to be no mention of the damage on the bike. #sketchy not going back

Not allowed to test ride. Just “trust there word”. All the nice bikes are down stairs the ones upstairs are leakers and bikes that sat outside.
Was helped by Walker when i picked up my Harley, great down to earth, funny guy. Made the experience way more enjoyable. Fantastic looking bikes and great customer service.

Since 2011 I have purchased 2 Harleys from Cycle exchange. Both bikes were very clean and well maintained by former owners. Cycle exchange has a good eye on buying used bikes. I still have bike #1 and have never had any major issues other than wear and tear. The 2nd bike I have had for a year and again the bike runs great and no major issues found. I highly recommend them.
