Illegal listing - per the City of LA Housing Onspector with whom I consulted. Electrical sparks coming out of outlets, fire hazards and code violations. I stayed there and was alarmed at the safety issues. Hosts were not supportive, but rather combative. It's a shame because it could be cute and it's in a great location.

One of the coolest place ever
The Cut On Pico is a great place to go if you wanna relax and not worry. Everything is close by & it’s clean! I’d recommend this place to everyone for sure!
