I have to explain, I used to love coming here! I always left l happy with my hair....Until recently. I worked with a different stylist than I'm used to (big mistake). The new girl was not an effective communicator and in getting my hair colored, it turned Orange. Like Blood Orange. This is not only not what I wanted, it doesn't even look like the color swatch "we agreed on". I went back and in order to get the color I wanted, they were going to charge me to fix it.
