This was the second home we purchased through Matt and Sandy, with the latest one being a new build. This was our first new home build and they were very helpful with the process and provided us with many contacts for financing, landscaping, inspection, etc. As an added bonus they also provided a moving truck free of charge. If you need a realtor, they are the duo you want looking out for you.
